Do NOT return any items to Hawke Sport Optics USA without authorization - unauthorized returns WILL NOT be accepted.
Hawke Worldwide Warranty Policy (US & Canada)
All Hawke Sport Optics products carry a limited lifetime warranty (with the exception of lasers and red dot sights all of which carry a one (1) year limited warranty). This warranty is non-transferable and as such, is limited to the original purchaser. The Hawke Sport Optics USA warranty policy applies to defects that occur within normal use of the product and includes parts and repair of any factory defect of material or workmanship. In the event of a non-warranty repair, the customer will receive notification of an estimate prior to any work being done.
Warranty Exclusions:
Used in a manner other than specified in the operations manual, failure to properly maintain the item in compliance with the handling instructions, misuse, neglect, tampering, alterations or repairs, or evidence of such by persons other than a certified Hawke Sport Optics technician, windage and elevation caps, lens covers, sunshades, maintenance and cleaning.
Warranty Return Policy:
All merchandise returned to Hawke Sport Optics USA must have prior approval of a Hawke Customer Service employee in the form of an Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). All RMA's shall be considered conditional based on verification of warranty by Hawke. The RMA must be displayed on the exterior of the return carton. Merchandise returned without an RMA will be refused. The RMA number assigned will expire 30 days from date of issue. Customer must prepay freight and insurance costs to return product to Hawke Sport Optics USA. Freight returning to customer will be paid by Hawke Sport Optics USA.
